    Maximum LTV: 75% of market value on Multi-family; Up to 65% of the market value on all other property types
    Lien Position: 1st Lien
    PrePay Penalty (PPP): 5% for first 5 years or step-down schedule
    Minimum Credit Score: 700 FICO
    Liability: Recourse (Non-Recourse also available)
    Lender's Due Diligence Fee: Borrower is responsible for all third party report fees (which include appraisal, engineering and phase I enviromental reports), commitment fee and lender's legal fees. Lender will issue a quote for the reports and borrower will then deposit all third party report fees with the Lender directly. All third party reports will be engaged by lender.

    Liability: Full Recourse
